DISABLING GOOGLE CHROME'S UPDATE FUNCTIONALITY

Gone are the days of navigating through complex menus to disable update functions. It's much simpler now.

Step 1: Navigate to the following link: C:Program FilesGoogleUpdate

Step 2: Locate and delete the GoogleUpdate.exe file.

Now, reopen Chrome to check the results. Go to Settings, select About Google Chrome.
