When it comes to any software, the primary concern users have is security. Most users overlook the service terms during the installation of third-party software, so sometimes they are unaware of what they're doing.
Although at this point, there is no significant issue because NVIDIA Telemetry does not actually track you. However, if you want to secure your information, you can immediately disable the Telemetry service on the latest NVIDIA drivers.
Before delving into how to disable NVIDIA Telemetry for user data collection on Windows, you first need to understand what NVIDIA Telemetry is.
What is NVIDIA Telemetry?
NVIDIA Telemetry comes with the nVidia Graphic Driver installed on users' systems to automatically collect user data and information from the system. This information may include monitoring aggregated data and user data collected and stored on servers, usually for the purpose of providing accurate driver updates.
It cannot be said that NVIDIA Telemetry is a 'spy', tracking users because NVIDIA does not collect any additional information other than the information they use.
However, no one can be certain about what the future holds for Telemetry. If you're concerned about the security of your information, you can disable NVIDIA Telemetry using Microsoft Autoruns software.

Note:
In this guide, Mytour demonstrates disabling NVIDIA Telemetry on a computer running Windows 10 Creators Update. However, you can apply this method to disable NVIDIA Telemetry on older versions of Windows.
To disable NVIDIA Telemetry, we'll utilize Microsoft's Autoruns software. Download Autoruns to your machine and install it here: Download Autoruns
After downloading Autoruns, follow the steps below to disable the NVIDIA Telemetry service.
Step 1: Once Autoruns is downloaded, proceed to extract the RAR file and run Autoruns if you're using the 32-bit version of Windows, or run Autoruns64 if you're using 64-bit Windows.
