Discord provides a screen-sharing and live streaming service called Go Live, typically allowing only 10 users to connect to a live stream at once. To assist those in isolation or feeling disconnected during the Covid-19 pandemic, Discord has raised their Go Live streaming service limit from 10 simultaneous users to 50.
The latest version of Discord software is now available for free and widely accessible to users.

Discord has stated through a blog post: 'We want to find a way to help, so we're temporarily increasing the limit for Go Live from 10 to 50 participants at once. Go Live is a free service that allows users to stream or share their screen privately from their computer, while others watch on any device, enabling teachers to conduct classes, colleagues to collaborate, and groups to still meet.'
