1. Passion Fruit Jelly
Ingredients:
350ml water
1/2 packet agar powder
2 passion fruits
1/2 fresh lime
80g sugar
Instructions:
Extract passion fruit and lime juice, add sugar, and stir well. Dissolve agar powder in water, then mix with the fruit mixture. Boil, pour into molds, and refrigerate.
2. Green Tea Jelly
Ingredients:
250g sugar
80g gelatin powder
4 tablespoons green tea powder
Instructions:
Dissolve gelatin powder in water (amount specified on the packaging), add sugar, and bring to a boil. Add pre-purchased green tea powder to the pot and continue boiling. Pour the mixture into a tray, let it set, and refrigerate.
3. Coffee Jelly
Ingredients:
250g sugar
80g gelatin powder
4 tablespoons coffee
Instructions:
Choose brewed coffee or instant coffee.
Put gelatin powder in a pot with water over medium heat.
Bring the mixture to a boil with sugar, then add coffee and stir well.
Once the jelly mixture boils, turn off the heat and pour it into a tray to set in the fridge.
4. Purple Sweet Potato Jelly
Ingredients:
100g glutinous rice flour
20g rice flour
60ml water
5 purple sweet potatoes
Salt
Instructions:
Steam the sweet potatoes, then mash them.
Mix rice flour, glutinous rice flour, water, and a pinch of salt in a bowl, then add the mashed sweet potatoes and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Form small dough balls and boil them in boiling water until cooked. Enjoy!
