After trekking through various terrains with loads on your back, you'll be rewarded with the endless beauty of majestic nature.
Routes like Tà Năng – Phan Dũng, Tả Liên Sơn… are currently attracting adventurers from both regions.
Tà Năng – Phan Dũng
This trekking route traverses forests across three provinces: Lâm Đồng – Ninh Thuận – Bình Thuận, enticing exploration enthusiasts in the South. Starting from Tà Năng commune or Đa Quyn commune, Đức Trọng district (Lâm Đồng), it takes about 3 days and 2 nights to cover nearly 60 km through forests, mountain passes, stream crossings, descending from an altitude of 1,100 m to 500 m above sea level.
The most impressive scenery includes vast grassy hills, scattered green pine forests, and in the distance, drifting clouds against a backdrop of serene landscapes resembling paintings. The endpoint of the journey is Phan Dũng commune, followed by catching a motorbike taxi to Liên Hương intersection (Tuy Phong, Bình Thuận) to catch a bus back to Ho Chi Minh City or other provinces.

Mount Liên Sơn
Mount Liên, also known as Mount Co Trâu, is located in Tả Lèng commune, Tam Đường district, Lai Châu province. With an elevation of 2,993 meters above sea level, it boasts majestic mountainous scenery along with a pristine forest vegetation.
According to the adventurer Hachi8, climbing to the summit of Mount Liên requires 3 days and 2 nights. Starting the ascent at noon on day 1, the trail consists entirely of paths commonly used by local forest-goers. You can spend the night in a rocky cave commonly used by forest-goers or climbers, as there are almost no campsites along the way. Look for a flat resting spot near a water source before nightfall. On day 1, it takes only 3-4 hours to reach an altitude of 1,900 meters. On day 2, ascend to the summit at 2,993 meters. Aim to reach the summit before 2 p.m. to allow time to return to the resting spot before nightfall. On day 3, descend from the mountain, reaching the forest edge around noon. Return to Sapa before evening.

Mount Lảo Thẩn
Mount Lảo Thẩn, also known as the roof of Y Tý, is located in Y Tý commune, Bát Xát district, Lào Cai province. It is an ideal destination for combining trekking and cloud chasing over 2 days and 1 night. Travel to Y Tý, park your motorbike at the large vegetable farm along the road to Phìn Hồ village (formerly a French military airport) and begin the journey to conquer Lảo Thẩn at 2,800 meters above sea level. It is advisable to ask local villagers for directions and carry enough dry food for the journey.

Lùng Cúng
The breathtaking Lùng Cúng Peak is named after a remote village nestled deep in the most treacherous mountains of Nậm Có commune, Mù Cang Chải district, Yên Bái. It takes about 2 days and a night to trek through the forest to reach the summit and descend the mountain. You can approach from three different directions: Thào Chua Chải village, Lùng Cúng village, or Tu San village. The journey will take you through pristine forests with stunning landscapes, where you'll encounter unique vegetation carpets or maple leaf clusters.

Én Cave
In the past year, areas like Sơn Đoòng, Tú Làn, and Én Cave have garnered significant attention. Én Cave ranks as the third-largest cave in the world, boasting a rich and unique ecosystem. Adventurers who couldn't secure a spot for the Sơn Đoòng tour can opt for this destination for their expedition.
From Đồng Hới city, take Ho Chi Minh road towards the west branch until km 35. The distance from km 35 to Én Cave is about 8 km. The road includes several steep sections, passing through Rào Thương stream, Đoòng village, a small community of the Vân Kiều people nestled deep within the core area of Phong Nha – Kẻ Bàng National Park. As you delve deeper into the cave, you'll once again marvel at the winding Rào Thương stream, forming an S-shaped path. Further inside, you'll observe variously shaped stalactites or swiftlet nests.
