Anne's Rice Eatery
Anne is a rice eatery situated in a charming wooden house in Da Lat—a simple yet familiar architectural style in this region. The house, painted in white, is adorned with adorable decor, and the spacious garden area is perfect for enjoying cool evenings under the shade of pink trees while relishing a delicious meal with loved ones. Anne's menu offers Vietnamese-style dishes like tofu in tomato sauce, sweet and sour spare ribs, mustard green soup, caramelized pork, tomato salad, beautifully presented in the traditional 'mom's cooking' style, providing a comforting and visually pleasing experience. The food quality is quite delightful and satisfying, making it a reliable choice for family outings. Additionally, the attentive staff consistently offer tea refills, making it an ideal lunch spot for visitors to Da Lat.

Shiitake Mushroom Noodles
Amidst the chilly weather of Da Lat's afternoon, nothing beats indulging in a steaming bowl of delicious and nutritious noodles, especially here! Shiitake Mushroom Noodles is a beloved eatery, known to be quite addictive, drawing patrons back for more. Tucked in a cozy room with warm yellow lighting, the simple yet tidy decor makes it inviting from the outside, prompting anyone to give it a try. Currently offering two options, shiitake mushroom noodles and dry noodles with ribs, on a cold day in Da Lat, I recommend trying the soup noodles for a more satisfying and body-warming experience. The broth here is perfectly seasoned, with a harmonious and subtly sweet taste, adding to the overall healthiness of the dish.

Guru Vegetarian Restaurant
Guru Vegetarian Restaurant truly brings a breath of fresh air to Da Lat, located within the premises of a charming white villa with meticulously designed spaces and services. Green living enthusiasts will undoubtedly appreciate the ambiance here. The diverse menu at Guru features a variety of vegetarian dishes, blending Thai and Vietnamese styles. However, the standout is the incredibly delicious and refreshing mushroom hot pot. The broth leaves a truly 'light' and invigorating feeling after consumption. Additionally, the beautifully presented rice dishes, with a subtle taste, cater well to vegetarian preferences. The only drawback might be the slightly longer wait for dishes, such as the mushroom hot pot, which takes approximately 30 minutes to be served.

The restaurant offers beverages and morning coffee in a spacious and refreshing atmosphere. Overall, I find Guru to be doing well and hope it maintains its current level of service and food quality. It's an ideal place to go with parents, family, or large groups.

Phu Gia Noodles
Phu Gia Noodles has become a familiar name for those visiting Da Lat in the past three years. This Japanese-inspired noodle shop, renowned for its delicious and enticing beef noodles, is quite small and located in the city center. It sells approximately 80-100 bowls a day, usually opening on even days (2-4-6-Sun) from 3 PM. Due to the limited quantity of noodles and high demand, the shop runs out by around 5 PM. If you truly want to try it, it's advisable to arrive early from 3 PM to 4 PM! This year, Phu Gia Noodles has undergone a slight change by increasing the price to 100,000 VND per bowl—double the rate from three years ago, making it a bit pricey for the Da Lat market. However, if you've ever tasted this signature noodle dish, you'll find that the price is well justified.

PIZZA K’BE
K'Be Pizza and Wooded - K'Be boasts the rustic charm of a local eatery in Lac Duong, making it perfect for those exploring the Lang Biang area during the day. However, if distance is not an issue, K'Be is indeed a place with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere that we all crave in the winter. I've tried pizza, grilled ribs, roasted chicken, cheesy garlic bread, salad, skillet potatoes, and homemade beer here, and I'm particularly addicted to the grilled ribs with potatoes. The highlight is the sizzling grill in the middle of the restaurant, where delightful dishes are prepared. Sitting beside this warm oven in winter, surrounded by close friends, brings immense joy! For reservations, simply search the phone number on Google.
Address: near the center of Lac Duong town. Prices are quite reasonable, and the more you order, the more delicious dishes you get for only around 150,000 - 200,000 VND per person. However, it's essential to make reservations in advance for the owner to prepare fresh ingredients!
