3S1 stands for Acer's VIP warranty policy: Rapid service within 3 days, including Saturdays and Sundays; beyond 3 days, one-to-one exchange.
Acer's Gaming Products are committed to the 3S1 Warranty, within 3 days (72 hours) including Saturdays and Sundays, starting from when the Acer Service Center receives the device. Acer guarantees to exchange for a new product of the same or equivalent type (one-to-one exchange) for cases not completed within 3 days.
Especially, Acer/Predator Gaming Desktops and Computer Monitors over 32 inches are covered by on-site warranty service in 02 cities: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. For other gaming products, customers are required to bring the products to Acer's Warranty Service Centers (Carry-in) in provinces with Acer Warranty Service Centers.

Warranty Period
- Carry-in: From product receipt until completion of repairs (product may be returned to customer in good condition).
- Onsite: From service request receipt via hotline 1900-969601 until completion of repairs.
*Warranty period is calculated from the time the customer provides purchase documents for cases where proof of purchase is required due to products exceeding the warranty period based on the manufacturing date.
