Checking ASUS laptop: A Guide
Step 1: Firstly, check if your device has the My ASUS app installed. Go to the Microsoft Store, search for My ASUS, and download the app if not installed.
Step 2: If the app is downloaded, click OPEN; otherwise, click GET to download it. Wait for the installation to complete.
Step 3: After installation, click OPEN to launch the app.
Step 4: Next, choose the language setting for the software. Since this software supports Vietnamese, please select Vietnamese
Step 5: Log in to the application using your ASUS Member account or you can also use Facebook, Google accounts to access the application's tools.
Step 6: After successfully logging in, on the application's main page, you will see a section called Diagnose with a Click. Please click on it to scan, check, and automatically detect errors for you.
Step 7: After waiting for a certain period of time for the software to check for errors, if your device has no issues, the software will notify you that the device is still okay. But if there are any issues, the software will notify you of specific errors as shown in the image below. You can click on it for more details.
Step 8: After clicking on the issue, you'll receive detailed information about all the checks performed on your device. Review and consider contacting the warranty center for repair or maintenance.
