Guide to Add Music to TikTok on Your Phone
Step 1: Use a video editing app to integrate your favorite music into any video. If you're unsure how to do this, refer to the guide here.

Note: Create only a short video with a maximum duration of 60 seconds.
Step 2: Open the TikTok app on your phone. Tap Create New Video with the plus icon.
Step 3: On the video recording screen, tap Upload.
Step 4: Select a video containing your favorite music, then press the Next button.
Step 5: Press Next to proceed to the next step.
Step 6: On the next screen, press Next to skip.
Step 7: In the Post window, click on Who can view this video.
Step 8: Choose the display setting as Private.
Step 9: Press the Post video button.
Step 10: On the TikTok homepage, tap on Me below the menu bar and select the video you just uploaded.
Step 11: Click on Video Background Music in the video information section.
Step 12: Press on the Use this sound button to get the background music for your new TikTok video.
Additionally, at this step, you can check the Add to Favorites option to save it to your personal Sound library.
