Step 1: First, download and install Dotnet Core from the link below > Choose the appropriate version under the Run desktop apps section.
Step 2: Download the TopCenterStart11 application from the link below. Make sure to choose the latest version.
Step 3: After successfully extracting and installing TopCenterStart11, you will see the taskbar moved to the top of the screen.
Step 4: To customize the icons on the taskbar to be on the left or center, navigate to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar.
Step 5: In the Taskbar alignment section, choose Left or Center.
