If you are using the PC-Covid app, you can check your Vaccine Passport on this app with the following steps.

For those using the Electronic Health Record app, follow these instructions:
- Step 1: On your mobile interface, open the Electronic Health Record app.
- Step 2: Click on 'Vaccine Passport' (Figure 1). Similar to PC-Covid, if you haven't been issued a passport, it will display as shown in Figure 2 with the message 'Sorry, no notification of yours in the Vaccine Passport system.' If issued, it will show complete vaccination certificate information.
Currently, the issuance of passports is still being carried out by the Ministry of Health following the passport issuance process. In case you haven't been issued a Passport, it may be due to not yet being eligible or your vaccination information being updated incorrectly.
Steps to issue Vaccine Passport:
- Step 1: Vaccination centers will review and verify the information.
- Step 2: Confirmation via digital signature.
- Step 3: The Preventive Health Department under the Ministry of Health will approve for citizens with a digital signature by the end of the day.
If you urgently require a passport, ensure to review and update your information on the PC Covid app or your Electronic Health Record. If incorrect, make the necessary adjustments. Additionally, register for your Covid passport.
