A word of caution: iPhones XR and above lack 3D Touch hardware, rendering them unsuitable for use as scales. While future updates may provide support, accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Stick to iPhones with 3D Touch support for precise measurements.
Step 1: Download the Shortcut app on your iPhone using the link below.
Step 2: Once you've successfully installed Shortcuts, navigate to Settings > Shortcuts > under Share Security, enable Allow Untrusted Shortcuts. If this option is grayed out, run any shortcut before enabling this feature.
Step 3: Access the 3D Touch Scale shortcut link via Safari. Simply Get Shortcut into the Shortcuts app to complete the process.
Now, tap on the 3D Touch Scale. Place an object on it, like a bill, an orange, a spoon, etc., to weigh. Note: For increased accuracy, choose objects with small sizes and weights, and small contact surfaces.
