Find directions on Google Maps by selecting the starting point and destination.
Here, you'll find two mandatory fields to fill in. In the Current Location field, use the Current Location icon to search for directions from your current location or manually enter any address. This could be a specific address with house number, street name, or a general address (only street name or location name). The destination selection field, similar to the current location field, can be a specific or general address. Google Maps will suggest some locations for you to choose. Tap the X icon to delete the entered location and start over. Finally, press the Go button on the keyboard for the app to analyze information and provide directions in Google Maps.
Step 4: Now, the route from your current location to the destination will be highlighted on the map with a green line. This is an overview of the route on the city map, accompanied by information on travel time, total distance, and the streets you will pass through at the bottom of the screen.
