Currently, vivo has confirmed the design of iQOO Z8, while the exterior of iQOO Z8x remains shrouded in mystery. According to leaked images, the Z8 model will feature a simple design with a rectangular module and two large camera lenses. The back and edges of the device are curved. Teasers also reveal that the device will come in three color options: White, Black, and Light Blue.
On the front, both phones will feature a flat 6.64-inch LCD display with Full-HD+ resolution (2,388 x 1,080 pixels) and a 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the brand introduces eye care features, suggesting these devices may include PMM blur and blue light filter. Finally, the iQOO Z8 series will house a selfie camera within a central punch-hole on the top edge with slim bezels surrounding it.
Performance
As known, the iQOO Z series primarily caters to budget-conscious gamers, focusing on delivering impressive performance. The upcoming iQOO Z8 series continues this tradition by combining powerful processors. Particularly, the Z8 model stands out with the MediaTek Dimensity 8200, a renowned and powerful mid-range gaming processor. vivo recently officially confirmed an impressive benchmark score exceeding 980,000 on the AnTuTu Benchmark software.

This is achieved through a cooling system with an area of 3002mm2, a 25% increase compared to the previous generation.
On the other hand, iQOO Z8x is rumored to come with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. Both devices will feature 12GB LPDDR4X RAM, but the Z8 model offers storage options up to 512GB, while the Z8x has a maximum of 256GB internal storage.
iQOO Z8 will boast a large cooling system to maintain high performance over extended periods.Sources also suggest that iQOO Z8 will feature 120W fast charging, potentially paired with a 5,000mAh battery. On the flip side, iQOO Z8x will come with a 6,000mAh battery and 44W fast charging.
Camera and Other Features
In terms of photography capabilities, iQOO Z8 is equipped with a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies and a dual-camera system on the back. The main rear camera features a 64-megapixel resolution with OIS support, accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor to enhance portrait photo quality.
iQOO Z8 comes with various interesting features to elevate the user experience.On the flip side, iQOO Z8x will feature an 8-megapixel selfie camera and a dual-camera system on the rear: a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel auxiliary camera.
Both these phones come equipped with features like the OriginOS 3.0 user interface based on the Android 13 operating system. They will include a 3.5mm audio jack and a fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button on the side.
