- Lemongrass: 4 stalks
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Ginger: 1 knob
- Spring onions: 3-4 stems
- Common spices: seasoning powder, fish sauce, pepper, cooking oil, salt

Step 1: Prepare the chicken meat
- Wash the chicken meat thoroughly with salt water, then drain. Next, chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
