Method for making bottled fruit yogurt
Step 1:
Boil 1 liter of distilled water, then add 1 can of condensed milk and stir well (figure 1, 2).
Step 2:
Next, add 500 ml of unsweetened fresh milk and stir well before transferring it to a bowl to cool slightly. Finally, add 2 cups of plain yogurt, mix well, and cover the bowl with food wrap. Let it ferment for about 8 hours (figure 3, 4).
Step 3:
Dice various fruits (peaches, strawberries, kiwi, passion fruit - peel and remove the pulp), then place them on the stove. For each type of fruit, add 50ml of distilled water and 50g of sugar, stir well until the mixture boils (adjust sugar amount according to taste).
Step 4:
Put the fruit preserves in a bag and pump them into each plastic bottle, rotate the bottle to evenly distribute the preserves (figure 2). Then, slowly pour the fermented yogurt into the bottles. Finally, refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving for enhanced flavor.
