Green tea ice cream – the most fitting dessert choice after indulging in hotpot delights
Recently, while celebrating a birthday feast with friends at Suchef and stumbling upon a generous 32% discount, I learned an incredible dessert recipe from an exceptionally enthusiastic staff member. It happens to be the delightful green tea ice cream.

The other day, I went for a barbecue feast at Suchef BBQ with my buddies.
On that day, our group indulged in a hotpot and barbecue buffet. Suchef had an array of unique meat sauces that I had never encountered before—like sesame oil sauce, Suchef sauce, butter sauce, red miso sauce, salted sauce, cinnamon sauce, and more. We eagerly tried them all, indulging until our stomachs were pleasantly full. Considering skipping dessert, the table attendant suggested trying green tea ice cream. It turned out to be a refreshing choice, not only balancing the flavors but also aiding digestion and refreshing the palate after a hearty barbecue feast. Moreover, it contributed to blood circulation and cooling effects.
Right after enjoying the barbecue, I was craving something cool and soothing to counteract the richness. I decided to give the green tea ice cream a try, and to my surprise, I fell in love with it instantly.

Not only did we explore a variety of grilled dishes, hotpot selections, and delectable desserts at Suchef, but we were also impressed by the extensive menu featuring an array of unique flavors and sauces.

Whisk the fresh cream in a bowl until fluffy using an electric mixer (stop when the cream sticks to the whisk and doesn't drip down)
Pour the prepared mixture from step 2 into the whipped fresh cream in the bowl, continue using the electric mixer to blend the ingredients evenly until the mixture becomes harmonious.

After these 4 simple steps, your masterpiece will be ready to bake!
Let this mixture cool completely, then pour it into a container, seal it tightly, and place it in the freezer compartment for about 5 hours. During this time, every half an hour, take the ice cream out, stir it well once to make it smoother and more delicious. And there you have it, a delightful, sweet, and refreshing green tea ice cream ready to be enjoyed!
