- Soak king prawn leaves in water for about 3-4 hours to let them swell and soften. Trim off the stems, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Submerge the king prawn leaves in a bowl of water with the juice of 1 fresh lime for about 15 minutes. Afterward, lift them out, drain off excess water, and set them aside; avoid squeezing to prevent crushing.
