Da Lat, the adorable gem that turns every click into a masterpiece. It's not just romantic; it's a culinary paradise. Forget any preconceptions; Da Lat is a realm of wonders waiting for you to explore.
Embark on a journey to Da Lat – where every square meter unveils 10 photographic marvels.
Countless tales have been spun about Da Lat, yet this land remains a jubilant haven for travelers. Da Lat, petite and endearing, offers a plethora of picturesque opportunities in every nook. With its poetic landscapes of mountains and lakes and a bounty of delectable yet affordable cuisines, Da Lat defies expectations. Before you judge, delve into the album 'My Da Lat – Hương's Enchanting Journey,' which is currently stirring a buzz online.
Following a delightful 4-day escapade to Da Lat with her companions, Lan Hương recounts her adventures from last week. Excluding airfare, their expenses for transportation, dining, and lodging amounted to approximately 2.2 million Vietnamese dong. Now, let Lan Hương narrate the tale of their excursion!

I once harbored reservations about visiting Da Lat until a friend's glowing review convinced me otherwise. Setting foot in this marvelous city proved to be a revelation! Da Lat, as seen through Hương's eyes: quaint, cheerful, romantic, bustling, serene, and boasting a plethora of delectable dishes—a truly stunning Da Lat, far surpassing any verbal depiction!
Experience the immediate desire to return here! Make sure you have 1-2 enthusiastic friends or a lively group of friends, just put on your clothes and go!
How to get there?
In Da Lat, just hop in a taxi, remember the name of the dish, and tell them where you want to admire or don't need anything at all, anyone, even the taxi driver - they will take you to the best and most beautiful places, every alley of Da Lat is as beautiful as a painting! If you come to Da Lat, spend at least 4 days 3 nights, if you have time, stay longer, this place is not as dull as you think, it's worth spending time here!
First, set aside a sum of money to buy tickets (the farther in advance you buy, the cheaper the tickets, under 2 million VND) and another sum of money around 2 million VND for 4-5 days' expenses in this city (including: accommodation, transportation, food and drinks, entertainment, bar pub...). Even if you take taxis for a few days, that's all you need. The money you spend on gifts to bring back is unlimited, with gifts you will be loved more and without them your friends will still love you!

To save on transportation costs to the tourist attractions (most of them are far away), you should rent a private car for 700,000 VND/day. You want to eat, go out, 10-20 places/day is fine, as long as you have the energy. Splitting the bill evenly won't be costly!
But if you only eat within the city, call a taxi. There are Mai Linh taxis, Da Lat taxis, red taxis, yellow taxis... When you go, ask the driver for their phone number so that when you need a ride back, you can call them directly instead of wasting time calling the dispatch center, the drivers here are like tour guides, they know everything you need! Each ride within the city only costs 10-20-30,000 VND, but there are many places to eat! If you like, you can also rent a motorbike.
Where to stay? Hương chose to stay at Là Nhà Homestay, one of the most charming homestays in Đà Lạt with reasonable prices. Room rates range from 300,000 to 650,000 VND per night. Dorm bed price: 170,000 VND/bed. Tent rental: 150,000 VND/tent/person. An additional person costs around 100,000 VND.
On the first day, if you're still feeling a bit weary, you can relax in the front and backyard of Là Nhà – it's bound to fill up your photo album. Then, you can indulge in some local snacks near Là Nhà before exploring more of Đà Lạt.
What to eat and do? Everything comes with complimentary drinks. There's a mix of Central and Southern Vietnamese cuisine, with various sweet, savory, and spicy flavors, priced between 10-30,000 VND per dish. Some highlights include grilled rice paper from Aunt Đình, Phan Rang-style free-range chicken rice, grilled skewers, fish cake soup, grilled snails with pork stuffing, banh mi, and chicken heart sticky rice rolls... these are the dishes that Hương's group enjoyed in Đà Lạt.

There's no shortage of picturesque spots for photography – Langbiang Mountain, the Valley of Love, strawberry fields, the youth cultural center with its white benches, the Golden Stream, churches, the paper flower villa area... With just an iPhone and a bit of photo editing magic using available apps, you'll have an album full of stunning pictures just like Hương's.
