- Aloe Vera: 300g
- Pandan leaves: 1 bunch
- Green beans: 400 – 500g
- Rock sugar
- Salt
- Water
Instructions:
- Rinse the green beans thoroughly. For quicker preparation, soak them in water for 2 – 3 hours until they swell and soften.
- If time allows, change the water 2 – 3 times during soaking to ensure cleanliness and enhance the flavor.
- After soaking, drain and rinse the green beans.
- Prepare Aloe Vera by removing the spikes on both sides, rinsing, and soaking in water with a pinch of salt for about 5 minutes.
- Squeeze gently to eliminate toxins and sap, then rinse Aloe Vera several times with water.
- Repeat the squeezing process 2 – 3 times for thorough cleaning. Place Aloe Vera in an iced water bowl after each squeeze.
- After about 1 minute, remove Aloe Vera, add approximately 50g of rock sugar to prevent bitterness, and rinse again a few times.
- Cut Aloe Vera into pomegranate-sized pieces and blanch them in boiling water for about 30 seconds. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Rinse each pandan leaf. If they are too long, you can cut them into 5 – 6cm pieces and tie them into a bundle.
- Add green beans to a pot with 1.5 liters of water. Boil over high heat and then simmer.
- Simmer until the green beans are tender, then add rock sugar and a pinch of salt. Adjust the sugar to your taste preference.
- Add pandan leaves, stir, and bring to a boil. Then add Aloe Vera, stir, and adjust sugar to taste.
- Bring to a boil again, and once the Aloe Vera is cooked, turn off the heat.
- Your sweet soup is ready to be served! Just ladle it into a cup or bowl and enjoy.

- Aloe Vera: 1.2 kg
- Green beans (peeled): 400 g
- Sugar: 510 g
- Arrowroot powder: 100 g
- Grated coconut: 500 g

- Rinse Aloe Vera thoroughly, peel, and cut into square pieces of about 1 finger thickness.
- Soak the cut Aloe Vera in water with 1 tablespoon of lime juice and a pinch of salt for about 1 hour. Rinse with clean water, then blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and marinate Aloe Vera with 200g of sugar for 1 - 2 hours in the refrigerator to enhance sweetness and crispiness.
- Soak peeled green beans in hot water for 1 - 2 hours.
- Cook green beans in boiling water for about 10 minutes, then drain. Add clean water to the pot with the same volume as the beans, cook until the beans are soft.
- Once the beans are soft, add 300g of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt, then stir well.
- Dissolve 50g of arrowroot powder in cold water, slowly add to the pot of green beans and stir well. Add the prepped Aloe Vera and mix until the sweet soup boils, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
- For 500g of grated coconut, mix with a little warm water, knead well, then squeeze to extract the coconut milk.
- Heat a pot, add the coconut milk along with 1 teaspoon of salt and 10g of sugar (about 1 tablespoon), then stir to dissolve.
- Add 50g of arrowroot powder mixed with water to the pot, stir well until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat.
- Serve the sweet soup in a bowl, add coconut milk, and enjoy.

Ingredients:
- 300g Aloe Vera
- 50g Red Apples
- 50g Longan
- 120-150g Rock Sugar
- 900ml Water
Instructions:
