Com Lam and Grilled Chicken

Ga Nuong PleiTieng (Han Thuyen, Tan Son): This restaurant is quite far from the city center. The sellers here are locals, so the preparation and taste of the food are distinctly Central Highlands. The chicken is grilled by placing it near a pile of charcoal instead of directly on the fire to prevent it from drying out, so when you eat the chicken, it's still very tender and fragrant, retaining its characteristic sweetness. The com lam here is delicious, perfectly fragrant and sticky from being grilled just right.
