1. How to unfollow multiple people on Facebook using your phone
Step 1: Start by selecting the three horizontal lines icon at the top of the screen to open a menu with utilities, settings, security, etc. Then, choose Settings & Privacy > Settings. On the next screen, under Options, select News Feed to proceed with the next step of unfollowing multiple accounts.

Step 2: In a panel with various options for the News Feed, to unfollow multiple accounts, choose the Unfollow option. On the next screen, simply select the people, pages, groups, etc., that you no longer want to follow. The selected items will be outlined with a green circle, distinguishing them from the ones you still follow.

2. How to unfollow many people at once on Facebook using a computer
Step 1: Click on the downward arrow next to the notification icon to open the additional settings menu. Then, select Settings & Privacy.

Step 2: Choose News Feed Preferences to open options related to posts appearing on your Facebook feed.

Step 3: Here, click on the option Unfollow.

Step 4: This is the final step when using your computer to unfollow on Facebook. Simply click on the checkmark icon behind each person, page, or group to turn it black, indicating that you've successfully unfollowed it. You can proceed to unfollow others here without reloading the page.
