How to make fruit pizza:
Step 1: Prepare the pizza crust
- Pour fresh milk into a small pot, set the heat low, and simmer for a few minutes until the milk is slightly warm (about 35°C), then turn off the stove.
- Gently sprinkle yeast evenly over the surface of the milk, and let it sit for about 5 minutes to allow the yeast to activate.
- Place flour in a large mixing bowl, add the milk and yeast mixture, then mix thoroughly and knead for about 10 minutes. Add ½ portion of butter (15g butter) to the bowl, knead for an additional 5 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a round, place it in a covered pot, and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 – 60 minutes, or until the dough doubles in size.

- Take a portion of the dough for the pizza crust, flour your hands, gently deflate the dough to remove air bubbles, then roll it out into a round that fits the pan. Use a fork to poke several small holes in the crust and cover it with plastic wrap, let it rest for an additional 30 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the pizza filling
- Peel and finely slice apples and bananas. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- Grate cheese into thin strips or shred it finely.
- Steam avocados or boil them directly in a pan over low heat. Pour the sliced apples into the melted avocado, evenly sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar over the apples, and gently stir for about 3 to 4 minutes for the apples to absorb the sugar.

- Once the apples release a fragrant aroma, pour the remaining two types of fruit into the pan, stir well, and sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds on top. Turn off the heat, drizzle a few drops of honey over the fruits, stir well, and it's done. Throughout the process of making the filling, remember to keep the heat low so that the fruits do not change color or burn.
Step 3: Bake the Pizza
- Crack the egg into a bowl, beat it until smooth. Use a small brush to apply a thin layer of beaten egg all over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle a bit of cheese on the crust. Spoon the fried fruits onto the crust, spread them evenly, and then cover the remaining cheese on top.

- Cover the pan, simmer over low heat until the cheese begins to melt. At this point, remove the lid to prevent the pizza from steaming. Simmer for a few more minutes until the cheese is completely melted, then turn off the heat.
- Plate the cake and enjoy it immediately.
So, the fruit pizza is now ready to be savored. If you're short on time, you can either buy pre-made pizza crust or prepare multiple crusts in advance, lightly fry them, store them in the fridge, and use them gradually.
