Content of League of Legends 9.13 Update
The update time for League of Legends version 9.13 begins early tomorrow morning. Maintenance will commence at 03:00 PT for NA servers, 05:00 BST for EUW, and 03:00 CEST for EUNE, with an expected duration of three hours. The new update also introduces the Teamfight Tactics game mode, an Open Beta version starting in North America on June 26 and rolling out to other servers in the following week.
1. Teamfight Tactics
Teamfight Tactics makes its global debut in LMHT version 9.13 update, competing against 7 opponents in a free race, building a strong team and fighting on your behalf, the last person standing will be the winner.
Teamfight Tactics is still in the testing phase, players may encounter some errors while participating in this mode, but the publisher will receive information and appreciate reports as well as general feedback on it, to build this new mode more suitable for players, changes based on what is fed back from players.
2. Qiyana - The Queen of Natural Elements
While the focus has been on Teamfight Tactics recently, the latest champion of the game, Qiyana - The Queen of Elements will be released to players on June 28, this release comes three days after the release of version 9.13 update, the largest patch that LMHT has updated recently.
AD assassins will disrupt the current meta by employing a range of skills with terrifying effects, including invisibility, slow, and stun. Leveraging elements to enhance her basic abilities, Qiyana is extremely potent in river skirmishes, where she can efficiently utilize all elements on the map with her combo.
3. Other Significant Nerfs
In the 9.13 update of League of Legends, Sona is no longer just a traditional support character in the bot lane. She has achieved significant success and a high win rate when paired with Taric, making them one of the best fighting duos.
Pyke has become a threat in solo lanes for many professional gamers, and this has caught the attention of Riot Games. Pyke's strength lies in his ability to maintain power in fights, while his excellent mobility also impacts other lanes. His passive ability, Gift of the Drowned, allows Pyke to sustain without worrying about health during rotations.
