If you're not a fan of crowded destinations during these summer days, why not backpack your way to the pristine Ma Thien Lanh Valley in Tây Ninh.
Navigate your path to the lesser-known Ma Thien Lanh Valley in Tây Ninh.
Nestled amidst three mountains – Ba Den, Phung, and Heo – in Thanh Tan commune (Tây Ninh City), Tây Ninh province, Ma Thien Lanh Valley boasts stunning virgin forests often dubbed as the “Dalat of Southeastern Vietnam”, yet remains a secret to many.

Located just approximately 100km away from Saigon's center, you can opt for motorbikes as your mode of transport. It's advisable to form a group of 6-8 companions for safety reasons.

For travel directions, from Saigon, take National Highway 22A towards Trang Bang intersection, then turn right onto Provincial Road 782 and travel about 50km to Tay Ninh town. There's now a newly paved road extending over 3km from Provincial Road 785 leading up to Phung Mountain. You can follow this route to reach Ma Thien Lanh.
