- Step 2: After successfully completing step 1, click on the “GET KEY” button to receive your special redemption code.
- Step 3: Upon receiving the code, players should visit the official redemption website of Hoyoverse.
- Step 4: Enter relevant account information including: Username/email, password, server you play on.
- Step 5: After completing the above steps, enter the redemption code you received in step two into the third box, noting that each code can only be entered once per account.
- Step 6: After successful redemption, the gift will be sent directly to your in-game mailbox, if any issues arise, please contact Hoyoverse's customer support.
