At present, Honkai: Star Rail boasts a roster of at least 30 new characters in development, and now we can add three more names to the mix. However, it's worth noting that these characters are still in their infancy, undergoing design and development by miHoYo. The following information is subject to change upon their official debut.

Sakura (英) – A 5-star Cryo elemental character, destined for the Hunt.- Basic Attack: Deals ?% Cryo damage based on attack stats.
- Combat Technique: Adopting a sword stance, the next normal attack inflicts increased damage and gains an additional strike. Additionally, gain elemental penetration and crit damage stats.
- Ultimate Move: Inflicts Cryo damage on a target. If the target is in a broken weak point state, will unleash an additional Cryo damage strike.
- Talent: When attacking a broken weak point enemy, bypass a portion of their defense. Also, increase speed until the next round.
This skill set closely resembles what was revealed weeks ago, further bolstering the credibility of the leakers. We can trust that Sakura is indeed the Star Rail version of Yae Sakura from Honkai Impact 3.
rd. The character that's a 'mirror' to Yae Sakura, Raiden Mei, has also been confirmed to have her own version in Honkai: Star Rail, named Yayi.

- Normal Attack: Inflicts Cryo damage on the enemy and gains Frost Mark.
- Combat Technique: Enters an imaginary state, increases energy recovery stats, reduces susceptibility to attacks, Action Priority, and gains Moon Mark.
- Ultimate Move: Deals Cryo damage to an enemy, consuming all marks. Each mark increases damage by ?%. If all 3 types of marks are consumed, gain additional Cryo resistance stats.
- Talent: Each Frost, Moon, Flower mark increases attack by ?%. At the start of a round, if HP is full, gain Flower mark. If one of the other marks is already present, gain an additional mark that you don't have.
- Normal Attack: Deals physical damage and has a 100% chance to inflict the Bludgeon effect on the target.
- Combat Technique: Drains allies' blood (minimum 1 HP), inflicts physical damage equivalent to ?% of drained HP on an enemy, and adds 40% damage to surrounding enemies.
- Ultimate Move: Inflicts ?% physical damage on an enemy and their prey. If the enemy is defeated, deals additional ?% damage to the enemy with the lowest HP.
- Talent: When enemies have HP below ?%, they become prey. When there's prey on the field, Dracula enters an excited state, increasing attack and speed.
We're uncertain when these characters will debut, and even less certain if these skills will survive the editing and testing process. Just know that these characters are coming, but don't get too attached to their skill sets.
