The hotel is very charming and new (a big plus for hotels that are generally old and damp in Dalat despite being high-end). The staff is enthusiastic and supportive. There is a car rental service right at the hotel with affordable prices and very new cars. I'm sure to come back with my family. This is my favorite hotel in Dalat until now.
