Our journey continues to Suoi Vang Ecotourism Area - Love Waterfall, situated near O Quy Ho Pass, San Sa Ho commune. Love Waterfall Sapa is a favorite destination for many adventure enthusiasts on their quest to conquer the Indochina rooftop, Fansipan. Our group collectively gasped in awe as the vehicle passed through Tram Ton Pass - known as the most beautiful mountain pass in Northwest Vietnam. While not as towering as Silver Waterfall, Love Waterfall charms visitors with its diverse ecosystem, especially the enchanting pink carpet of Rhododendron flowers. From here, you can also catch a glimpse of Hoang Lien Son mountain range and O Quy Ho Pass.

The private tour to explore Silver Waterfall and Love Waterfall by Klook already includes a sumptuous lunch featuring a variety of delicious Sapa specialties. My favorites were the ginger-fried chicken and grilled pork with lime leaves, paired with fragrant fluffy rice and hot sour soup, truly a culinary delight. Steamed vegetables and highland fruits were fresh and delightful.

Visiting Sapa for 2 days 1 night coincided with the Rose Festival & Wine Tasting, our group felt like our passion for check-in photography was fully satisfied with stunning photoshoots. The event venue is located next to the famous Sun Plaza, opposite Sapa Square, and just a few hundred meters from Stone Church Sapa. Although not a wine connoisseur, I managed to enjoy a few glasses of top-notch white and red wines here.

Although it's called Sapa Night Market, this place starts bustling from 4:00 PM onwards. Here, you'll find everything you need to know about local life, from delicious delicacies and handicrafts to fresh produce and fortune-telling booths. It was my first time trying the specialty Thắng Cố - advertised by the vendor as 'super clean, unlike the ones in the village market.' Turns out, it's tastier and more addictive than I expected. If you're a fruit lover, make sure to take home some fresh cat apples - crunchy and sweet, only about 60,000 VND/kg.

Even though we indulged in Sapa Night Market the previous evening, our group still decided to wake up early for Cốn Sủi, Vằn Thắng Noodles, and Sủi Cảo at Mr. Há's eatery, located at 468 Dien Bien Phu Street, Sapa. The restaurant opens at 4:30 AM, and it always seems to have customers. Cốn Sủi is a distinctive type of pho from the Northwest, with thick, soft noodles that absorb the rich broth perfectly - served with fresh herbs and a sprinkle of dried chili for that extra kick.
