Ingredients Needed:
-ginger: 1 small branch
-turmeric powder: 2 teaspoons
-water: 1 liter
-garlic: 400g, peeled and cut into quarters

Instructions:
Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil, adding sugar. Once the water starts boiling, add crushed garlic, grated ginger, and turmeric. Turn off the heat when the mixture reaches a boil and let it cool. Store the beverage in the refrigerator.

Dosage: Take 2 tablespoons on an empty stomach in the morning and 2 tablespoons in the evening after the last meal.
