Microsoft has introduced a remarkably convenient application for computers running Windows 10 and 11. With this application, you no longer need to worry about converting between various text formats, such as converting from image to Word file, or from PDF to Word. Additionally, this application now supports Vietnamese language, adding further convenience for users. Below, we will guide you through the simple process of converting diverse text formats on Windows 11 using Image To Text.
1. Convert from JPG to Word File
Step 1: Firstly, download the application here.
Step 2: Choose the JPG to Word option, then in the Drag and Drop Image section, click Select, and select the image you want to convert to text.
Step 3: Select the text area you want to convert, then click Save.
Step 4: Select Submit, and the system will automatically extract the text.
Step 5: Next, if you want to temporarily save, click Copy to Clipboard; if you want to save to your device, choose Save as Document.
2. Convert from PDF to Word File
Step 1: Choose Convert PDF to Text, then select the file to convert by clicking Select File or Link (URL). Click Submit.
Step 2: Once the conversion is complete, select Save File.
