
Ingredients Needed:
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1 crushed turmeric, squeezed for juice
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chili powder (to taste)
- Crushed black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
How to grill chicken using a rice cooker:

- Choose chicken thighs, rub salt on the skin to remove odor, then rinse and drain.
- Peel and mince garlic, mix with fish sauce, turmeric juice, honey, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and cooking oil to marinate the chicken.

- Place the chicken in a bowl and rub the marinade evenly over it, marinate for about 4 hours for the flavors to infuse.

- Place the chicken in the rice cooker, press the Cook button. Grill the chicken for 30 minutes then open the rice cooker, flip the chicken and grill for another 30 minutes.

- Note: If during cooking, the Cook button switches to Warm, allow the cooker to cool down. Press the Cook button again only when ready.
