Ingredients:
- Chicken wings: 12 pieces
- Wine: 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper, ginger, garlic
- Horn peppers, chili peppers
- Scallions
- Seasoning salt, sea salt
- Cornstarch (or cornmeal): 80g
- Decorative vegetables: carrots, herbs

How to make garlic chili fried chicken wings:
Step 1:
- Peel and wash the ginger, then crush and finely chop it. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Massage the chicken with kosher salt, then wash it thoroughly. Rinse the chicken with cold water to clean it well and drain. Marinate the chicken with 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of wine, and the ginger mixture, mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes for the chicken to absorb the flavors.

- Place cornstarch in a plastic bag, then add the marinated chicken wings and shake well to coat the chicken wings with the cornstarch, creating a thin layer of flour coating.

Step 2:
