Ingredients:
1 pear
1 grapefruit
2 - 3 limes
3 cucumber limes
2 oranges
3 tablespoons of honey
100 grams of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Procedure:
- Wash and dry all citrus fruits including oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruits. Slice them and place in a bowl. Then, mix cucumber lime with honey.
- Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar into the jar first, then pour in all the mixture from step 1 into the large jar, finally sprinkle sugar and salt over the fruits (this method prevents fruits from fermenting and becoming sour). Seal tightly and let sit for a day before consuming.
