1. Ingredients:

- Beef tenderloin: 500g
- Green bananas: 2 pieces
- Green star apples: 2 pieces
- Sliced small bananas: 150g
- Onion: 1 bulb
- Limes: 3 pieces
- Purple onion, garlic, roasted peanuts, chili
- Coriander, Vietnamese coriander
- Seasonings: salt, sugar, honey, pepper.
- Utensils: Large bowl

2. Preparing ingredients for pounded beef salad.
Preparing beef.
- Clean beef, pat dry with paper towels, slice thinly.
- Marinate beef with 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon minced shallots, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, ½ tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well, let the beef absorb the seasoning for 30 minutes.
Preparing vegetables, tubers, and fruits
- Soak banana blossoms in cold water with ½ tablespoon of lime juice for about 10 minutes, then remove and squeeze out the water.
- Peel and thinly slice green bananas and green star apples, immediately soak them in a bowl of diluted saltwater to prevent browning. Then, squeeze well and let drain.

3. Making pounded beef salad.
Step 1: Stir-fry beef with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil until medium rare, then turn off the heat.
Step 2: Mix corn, bananas, green star apples, onions, and chili in a large bowl, season with 1 tablespoon of sugar, juice of 1 lime, 1 teaspoon of pepper, then add the rare beef. Mix well and let marinate for about 20 minutes.
