- Razor clams: 500g
- Ginger: 1 small knob
- Lemongrass: 2 small stalks
- Garlic: 3 - 4 cloves
- Chili: 2 pieces
- Lime: 1 piece
- Seasonings: Sugar, broth powder, peppercorns

STEPS TO PREPARE LEMONGRASS AND CHILI STEAMED RAZOR CLAMS
Step 1. Prepare the ingredients:
- Place razor clams in a basket, gently shake while letting them flow under running water to clean thoroughly.
- Clean the ginger and lemongrass, slice the ginger thinly and cut the lemongrass into 4 or 6 pieces lengthwise.
