Method:
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
– Clean and peel the shrimp, remove the heads and devein. You can trim the tails if desired. Then rinse the shrimp thoroughly with water.
– Next, sprinkle cornstarch and crispy frying powder onto a plate and mix well. Then, roll the cleaned shrimp in the mixture to coat both sides evenly.
