Starting from 5:30 to 6:00 in the morning, boats and rafts from afar arrive one after another, carrying a large seafood haul to the shore. Strong men jump down to pull the rafts, unloading their night's catch onto a stretched canvas on the sand. Mui Ne fishing village primarily caters to local needs, but it also attracts many tourists who come to purchase or enjoy freshly prepared seafood on the spot.

Visiting the fishing village allows you to experience the life and net fishing profession of the fishermen. When the small coracles return, the catch is laid out on a small canvas, where it is sorted by type and size before being sold to tourists or locals. Fresh seafood is quickly bought, sold, and exchanged depending on quality and size. From 9 in the morning onwards, the beach starts to clear out. By around 10 o'clock, only a few people remain to sell off the remaining seafood to late-arriving tourists.
