- Step 1: Prepare the Mangoes
+ Wash the ripe mangoes, peel, remove the seeds. Cut the mango flesh into small square pieces the size of pomegranate seeds and put them in a bowl.
Prepare 700g of ripe mango flesh and blend it until smooth.
In a pot, bring 1 liter of filtered water to boil. Add 80g of white sugar and 5g of agar agar powder. Stir until the mixture dissolves completely.
Add 100g of chopped mango pieces and 100g of blended mango into the agar agar mixture. Stir well and pour the mixture into a rectangular mold. Let it cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours before slicing.
To make mango sauce, blend 600g of ripe mango with 50g of white sugar until smooth.
Heat the mango mixture in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until it boils and thickens. Add ½ vanilla pod and let the sauce cool.
