- 4 fresh chicken eggs
- 2 grams of salt
- 300 milliliters of soy milk
- 30 grams of cornstarch
- Tools: 1 steamer pot, tofu mold, food wrap

How to make tofu from eggs:
- Crack 4 fresh chicken eggs into a bowl and beat thoroughly.

- Next, pour soy milk into a clean saucepan, add cornstarch and stir until the cornstarch is fully dissolved in the milk.
- Then, place the pot on the stove over medium heat, continuously stirring to prevent the mixture from solidifying.

Note: Heat the mixture only to about 70 degrees Celsius, to avoid it becoming too hot which could cause clumping when adding the eggs, resulting in unattractive tofu.
- Afterwards, slowly pour the mixture into the initial egg bowl, stirring continuously until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Next, strain the mixture through a sieve to remove all sediment, ensuring the resulting egg tofu is smooth and beautifully white.
- Line a food-grade nylon wrap in the steaming mold to prevent sticking. Then, pour the egg-tofu mixture into the mold and steam.

Note: Steam over medium-low heat with the lid slightly ajar to prevent pockmarks on the tofu surface.
- Remove the tofu to cool, then cut into small pieces. You can cut them into squares or circles according to your preference. The finished egg tofu can be used to make fried, pan-fried, or sautéed dishes, or enjoyed on its own.
