An enticing 16-kilometer path leading to Vinh Hy Bay, operational since early 2013, has garnered significant attention from tourists. Flanked by picturesque hills on either side, the vast ocean and expansive sandy beaches create a mesmerizing spectacle.

Commencing from Mỹ Thanh Bridge in Cam Thịnh Đông commune, Cam Ranh City, the Nước Ngọt Road guides travelers to the Bình Tiên – Vinh Hy route. Unveiling before visitors is the rugged Núi Chúa Mountain on one side and the boundless ocean on the other. Bình Tiên Beach (also known as Cà Tiên) features a stretch of fine sand along with shaded coconut trees, undergoing development into resorts to boost tourism. Núi Chúa, with its perennially dry and hot xerophytic forests, contrasted by the blue hues of the sea, provides a tranquil oasis amidst the arid Ninh Thuận, characterized by its low, shrubby vegetation.
The winding road navigates travelers through numerous exquisite and secluded beaches awaiting exploration. These white sandy shores and azure waters are relatively unknown to most tourists. They lie dormant like slumbering beauties, awaiting the footsteps of travelers along the Bình Tiên – Vinh Hy route. There are numerous destinations and beaches for travelers to visit, such as Chà Là Beach, Nước Ngọt Stream, Rạng Beach, Nước Đỏ Beach, Kinh Beach, Chuồi Beach, Hời Beach, and Đá Lớn Beach.

Each mile traversed underfoot by travelers reveals a metamorphosis in the surrounding scenery. No place mirrors another. From the freshwater of Nước Ngọt Stream flowing from the Núi Chúa Forest, where locals occasionally camp on weekends, to Bình Hưng Islet where the sight of shrimp farms owned by fishermen is prominent. A multitude of moored boats gently sway, anticipating the waves to embellish the serenity of a prosperous fishing village.

The road, etched across the mountains, imbues travelers with a sensation of summiting and conquering peaks. The sea breeze wafts gently, imparting a refreshing coolness. Núi Chúa Mountain extends from the Trường Sơn Nam range to the sea, carving rugged cliffs with myriad peculiar shapes, stimulating the imagination of travelers. From above, visitors can behold the entirety of Vinh Hy Bay. This intriguing aspect is what the road bestows. Fishermen's abodes are concealed among tree branches or nestled deep amidst coconut groves. Everything curves along the beach's length, with boats seemingly resting on a verdant carpet of seawater.

Overall, tourism in Vinh Hy has not yet seen significant development. Despite efforts by the provincial government of Ninh Thuan to boost growth, it still falls short of the potential the area holds. The underexploited nature of this potential may actually be fortunate for travelers, especially those with discerning tastes, seeking the pristine and natural.
Previously, there weren't many guesthouses or hotels in Vinh Hy. Travelers would only visit for the day and then continue their journey to Nha Trang or back to Phan Rang. Those inclined towards backpacking had to bring their own sleeping bags, tents, or rely on locals for accommodation. Since the establishment of the new road, guesthouses and resorts have sprung up to meet the lodging needs of travelers.
Similar to Nha Trang, the seafood here is incredibly diverse. From crustaceans like lobsters, prawns, and crabs to various types of fish, squid, snails, and clams, you name it, they have it. Moreover, prices here are very reasonable as it hasn't been heavily commercialized by tourism. The locals maintain their gentle, simple, and sincere demeanor. Travelers need not worry about falling victim to scams like in other tourist spots.
