Ingredients:
– 200g of fresh tofu
– 120g of shrimp
– 120g of squid
– Chopped spring onions, minced garlic, ginger

– Seasonings: oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning powder, cooking oil, sesame oil…
Method:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
– Clean the shrimp, peel off the shells, remove the black vein on the back, and chop into small pieces. Prepare the squid by cleaning it thoroughly. Then blanch briefly in boiling water with a bit of ginger and salt.

– Cut the young tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Cooking the seafood tofu dish
– Heat a pan and sauté minced garlic in cooking oil until fragrant. Then add the shrimp and squid, stir-frying until cooked through. Add a little water and season with 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch dissolved in water. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat.
– Wrap the tofu and steam for about 3 minutes, then remove. Top with the seafood sauce and serve hot. Your seafood tofu dish is now ready.
