A plethora of top-notch shooter games graced the gaming scene in 2021.
Enter the realm of Call of Duty: Vanguard

In Call of Duty: Vanguard, players are transported to a fictional world after the end of World War II. While Hitler's reign has come to an end and the Axis powers defeated, the Allies uncover a sinister plan by the 'successor to Hitler' - codenamed 'Project Phoenix' - gearing up to wreak havoc once again.
To combat this looming threat, the Allies deploy a team of four specialists from four nations: Arthur Kingsley (England), Polina Petrova (Soviet Union), Wade Jackson (USA), and Lucas Riggs (Australia) to dismantle Project Phoenix.
Vanguard will launch with 20 multiplayer maps, 16 of which are 6v6 maps, with the remaining four being 2v2 maps. These maps span across various theaters of the war, allowing players to engage in battles across Europe, North Africa, and the Pacific. In addition to the standard campaign and multiplayer modes, Sledgehammer has announced that Vanguard will feature a dedicated Zombies mode. This mode will serve as a prequel to the Zombies mode in Black Ops Cold War, operating within the same universe, with deeper lore and story connections.
Embark on the thrilling adventure of Halo Infinite

In the story mode of Halo Infinite, the main character Master Chief returns for his most epic adventure yet - to save humanity. The game's storyline is more humane, with Master Chief taking on a more central role than in previous versions. The story revolves around the mysteriously damaged Halo ring and also introduces the design of Master Chief's MJOLNIR armor. The Banished, a violent mercenary group, has split from their former group and allied with extraterrestrial beings, believed to be humanity's enemies.
The Multiplayer mode supports numerous gamers joining in one arena. There are two basic modes: Arena (4vs4 team battles) and Big Team Battle. You can currently download and play the Multiplayer mode of Halo Infinite for free on Steam.

Developer DICE states that the 7 maps are real-world locations with different environments at launch. Following Dani's journey, players will undertake a mission to overthrow the tyrant Anton Castillo to reclaim freedom for their homeland.
Enter the world of Back 4 Blood

Introduced as a PC-exclusive version, Back 4 Blood will run smoothly in 4K graphics and notably without frame rate limits. As long as your PC is powerful enough to run the game in 4K resolution and is supported by NVIDIA's DLSS technology, Back 4 Blood will provide you with the most beautiful gaming experience to date.
Community comparisons between Left 4 Dead and Back 4 Blood are inevitable, but the developers are confident that Back 4 Blood, while still retaining the core of the Left 4 Dead series, comes with unique 'new features' exclusive to Back 4 Blood.
