1. Sautéed Beef/Pork with Abalone Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- Abalone Mushrooms: 500 grams
- Beef or Pork Sirloin: 200 grams
- Garlic: 1 bunch
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Chive Blossoms: Some (optional)
- Enoki Mushrooms: Some (optional)
- Seasonings: Salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, cooking oil, oyster sauce
Preparation:
- Prepare the ingredients:
- Rinse the beef and let it dry.
- Cut the beef into thin slices.
- Season the beef with the seasoning mixture.
- Keep the mushrooms whole or tear them in half, depending on your preference.
- Soak the Enoki Mushrooms in water to let them bloom.
- Peel and slice the carrot into round pieces.
- Cut the chive blossoms into sections.
Beef marinating formula:
- Combine 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cooking oil, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic with the beef.
Cooking process:
- Boil a pot of water with a pinch of salt and a small piece of smashed ginger.
- Quickly blanch the Abalone Mushrooms in boiling water for about 2 minutes, then drain.
- Heat a pan, add a little cooking oil, and wait for it to heat up.
- Once the pan is hot, add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
- Next, add the beef to the pan and stir quickly over high heat.
- Add Enoki Mushrooms and Abalone Mushrooms, stir-frying until just cooked.
- Finally, add the chive blossoms, stir a bit, and turn off the heat.
Place the finished dish of Sautéed Abalone Mushrooms with Beef/Pork on a plate, you can decorate it as you like, sprinkle a little pepper for fragrance, and enjoy it hot with steamed rice, dipping in soy sauce for extra flavor.
