Ingredients:
- 12 quail eggs
- 3 slices of laughing cow cheese

Preparation:
- Spread butter in a non-stick mold. Then cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces and place them in the mold.
- Crack quail eggs into the mold, then add dried shrimp, corn, spring onions, and laughing cow cheese into the mold.
Bake quail eggs:
- Bake at 170°C for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven 10 minutes beforehand.
Finished product:
- When the cake is cooked, remove it from the oven, sprinkle shredded dried shrimp on top, add mayonnaise sauce and chili sauce, and serve hot.

2. Crispy Fried Quail Eggs Wrapped in Pumpkin
Ingredients:
- 1 piece of pumpkin or small pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 10 quail eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour or tempura flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking oil
Preparation:
- Cook the quail eggs until they are cooked, then peel.
- Wash the pumpkin thoroughly, if it is a large piece, cut it into small pieces, put it in a bowl, sprinkle with a little olive oil and a little salt and pepper. Steam until cooked.
- Remove the steamed pumpkin, mash with a spoon.
- Mix pumpkin with a little flour or tempura flour to increase adhesion. Mix well.
- Take a little flattened pumpkin and place a quail egg in the middle, then roll it into a ball. Roll in breadcrumbs to make it crispy, then dip in the egg, and finally roll in the breadcrumbs again.
- Fry in hot oil. Do it one by one until all the eggs are used.
- Fry for about 2 - 3 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve with tomato sauce or ketchup, chili sauce.
