Compared to the branch in Ha Dong, this new location offers a much larger and spacious area. The highlight of the café is the wall adorned with the words “Alley House”, reminiscent of South Korea's aesthetic. Upstairs, there's even a balcony for you to admire West Lake from above. The café still serves familiar coffee and tea drinks. We recommend giving it a try.

2. G-Kim’s Coffee and Tea by West Lake – a laid-back café spot

4. Melbie Cafe & Bakery – Beautiful Lake View Café at West Lake

Melbie Cafe & Bakery is a charming café located on Thanh Nien Street. Despite its small facade, the café impresses with its rooftop space offering a direct view of West Lake, extremely airy and spacious. Sitting here in the summer feels quite cool with plenty of trees around. Add a little sunlight, and you'll definitely be snapping away for the perfect shot.

The first floor space is quite dim, making it suitable for those seeking a quiet café to work or study. The café offers a variety of drinks at reasonable prices. Additionally, there are plenty of different types of cakes available. Although the cakes are small, they are absolutely delicious!

5. Tranquil Tea House – 2-story Lakeside Café

The name of this café sounds quite intriguing, doesn't it? Located right on Trich Sai Street, the café offers a direct view of West Lake. On the ground floor, there's even an outdoor space. Upstairs, you'll find an indoor area with sets of bright brown wooden tables and chairs in a Korean-style setting. Here's a little secret for you: there are also a few outdoor tables on the second floor for admiring West Lake.

As the name suggests, the drinks here are mainly various types of tea. From fruit tea to herbal tea, there's plenty for you to choose from. Tranquil Tea House has a light wood tone, so we recommend wearing brown, beige, or white outfits when you visit, which will complement the ambiance perfectly.
6. Bonjour Cafe – Ultra Chic Café at West Lake

The café space consists of 2 floors. It's incredibly spacious inside, with a few cute little tables arranged along the hallway outside. If you're lucky, you might even find a seat out there. Watching the sunset over West Lake in the evening is absolutely delightful. The café offers a variety of drinks, from machine-brewed coffee to tea, smoothies, and more... Although the drink prices are a bit high, they're totally worth it.

If you're a regular around West Lake, you're probably familiar with Tayta café. The café isn't overly spacious, and its décor isn't particularly striking. However, thanks to its outdoor seating area by the sidewalk with a direct view of West Lake, many people tend to stop by. The highlight of the café is its super comfy orange sofa chairs. It feels like you're sitting on a beach, enjoying the fresh air.
