1. Basil

Peppermint leaves are the leaves of a perennial herbaceous plant, scientifically known as Mentha arvensis Lin. The plant stands upright or sprawls on the ground. It can grow to a height of 30 - 40cm or taller. Peppermint leaves are oval or egg-shaped, with short stalks, symmetrically opposite, and serrated edges. Peppermint flowers are small, ranging in color from white, purple, pink to pink-purple. All parts of the plant are hairy.
