8. Ho Chi Minh City University of Law

9. Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam

12. Hanoi University
Hanoi University (abbreviated as HANU), formerly known as the University of Foreign Languages, was established in 1959. It is located at km 9 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi. Established on December 16, 1976, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) is a public university under the State Bank of Vietnam, currently with over 13,000 students.
