Assorted Beef Hotpot
Ingredients:
- 500g oxtail
- 300g beef brisket
- 150g beef fat
- 1 piece of soft tofu
- 50g straw mushrooms
- 5 stalks lemongrass
- 2 pieces ginger
- Variety of spices (star anise, cloves, black bean sauce, chili sauce, cooking oil, salt, etc.)
Method:
Step 1: Toast the cinnamon, cloves, and star anise in a pan until fragrant. Rinse the beef brisket, drain, and slice thinly. Rinse the beef fat, and chop the oxtail into pieces. Then, lightly marinate the oxtail with ginger and salt.
