The standard Ceramic coating process includes the following steps:
- Step 1: Use clean water to wash the car, removing all dirt, and then dry with a cloth. This is an important step for technicians to inspect and evaluate the condition of the car paint.
- Step 2: Use eraser paste.
Use a sheepskin polishing machine to erase surface scratches and large scratches that do not penetrate the car body. - Step 3: Use polishing paste.
Use foam pads to smooth the surface and remove dirt left by the sheepskin. To create the perfect shine on the surface, use polishing paste for the second time before applying ceramic coating. - Step 4: Wash the car again and clean the details.
Thoroughly clean any remaining dirt on the paint surface before applying Ceramic coating. - Step 5: Apply Ceramic coating to the car paint surface.
This is a crucial step that requires skilled technicians to evenly apply the coating on the car paint surface. Wait for about 30 minutes for the ceramic to dry completely. - Step 6: Dry the applied ceramic layer.
